Using this website

By using this website, you accept these terms. You are welcome to use it to learn about our products, try the demo and contact us. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break into it or disrupt it, and don't copy it in bulk.

The live demo

The demo shows how our products work, using sample frames and rooms. It is there for you to try, as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times. A picture you add to it stays on your device.

Our products, prices and quotes

This website describes our products in general terms, and their features may change. Nothing on it is an offer. We quote each shop individually, and a quote becomes an agreement only when both sides confirm it in writing. Each product comes with its own licence agreement, which sets out what you get and the terms that apply.

Our content

The text, pictures, software and names on this website, including Tecdek and Simply Frame Studio, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use, but please ask us before copying or reusing them in any other way.

Other websites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for your convenience. We are not responsible for what they contain.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it free of charge and as it is, without a promise that it will always be complete, accurate or available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using it or the demo.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your information

Our privacy notice explains how we handle information about you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
