How we handle information about you when you use Tecdek. Last updated 19 September 2026.

Who we are

Tecdek is run jointly by two UK companies, which decide together how the information collected through this website is used. Under UK data protection law, they are joint controllers of it:

  • Simplyxity Ltd, company number 16938823, registered office Office 16349, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA.
  • TradeBridgeX UK Ltd, trading as TBX Solutions, company number SC878330, registered office 100 Carnegie Place, Perth PH1 5ED, Scotland.

TBX Solutions looks after enquiries and is your first point of contact for anything on this page: email tbxsolutions@tradebridgex.uk. or use our contact page.

When you ask for a quote or contact us

The form on our contact page sends us what you enter: your shop's name, your name, email address and phone number, your answers to the product's questions, such as your website's address and how many mouldings you stock, your message, and the address of the page you sent it from.

We use it to reply to you, to prepare a quote and to follow up on your enquiry. We do this because you asked us to, as a step towards a possible agreement, and because answering enquiries about our products is in our legitimate interests. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your details for advertising.

When you visit this website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, the service that delivers it receives technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the browser you use, so that it can send you the pages and keep the service secure. We don't use them to identify you.

The live demo

The Simply Frame Studio demo runs entirely in your browser. A picture you add to it stays on your device and is never sent to us, and a quote request made in the demo goes nowhere.

Who handles your information for us

We use a few service providers, who may use your information only to provide their service to us:

  • Google Firebase Hosting delivers this website and the demo.
  • SimplyForms, a service run by Simplyxity Ltd, receives the contact form and stores what you send. It keeps submissions in a database run by Supabase in Ireland, runs on Google Cloud in the European Union, and emails each new request to our inbox through Resend. Its list of providers gives the full detail.
  • Our email provider holds the emails we exchange with you.

We never sell your information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.

Outside the UK

Our providers keep information mostly in the UK and the European Union, which UK law treats as protecting it properly. Some are US companies or may process information in the United States. When that happens, it is covered by safeguards that UK law recognises, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to two years after we last hear from you, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep what we need while you are one, and our business records for six years after that, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, in a form you can take elsewhere if you wish, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object to our using it for our legitimate interests. To do any of this, email tbxsolutions@tradebridgex.uk. or use our contact page. We reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us and we'll do our best to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
